Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale

1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules of the online store (hereinafter – the Rules) constitute a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter – the Seller), establishing the rights and obligations of both Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed about any changes to the Rules on the online store’s website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the online store after reviewing these Rules.

3. Seller’s Rights
3.1. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, or security of the online store, or violates any of their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without warning.

4. Seller’s Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of the online store under the conditions set out in these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method selected by the Buyer and under the conditions set forth in these Rules.
4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the goods ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer an equivalent product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller must refund the paid amount within 3 business days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right specified in clause 5.2 of the Rules, the Seller must refund the amounts paid by the Buyer within 5 (five) business days from the date the returned goods are received.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been dispatched to the Seller, whichever occurs first.

5. Buyer’s Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The right described in clause 5.2 may be exercised only if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not been substantially altered, and they have not been used.

6. Buyer’s Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at the Seller’s request.
6.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the shipment and the condition of the goods together with the Seller or the person delivering the shipment.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these purchase-sale Rules and undertake to comply with them.

7. Prices of Goods
7.1. Prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros and include VAT. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery fee (if applicable) is added to the total amount of goods.

8. Ordering and Payment
8.1. After visiting the online store, the Buyer selects the desired goods and adds them to the shopping cart. Upon forming the cart, the Buyer enters the personal information required to fulfill the order: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and any additional information relevant for delivery. The Buyer confirms having read these Rules and submits the order.
8.3. Payments can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas online banking services, and Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed via the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

9. Delivery of Goods
9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide the exact delivery address.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods personally but they are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding delivery to an incorrect recipient.
9.3. The Seller delivers goods to the Buyer within the timeframes indicated in the product descriptions.
9.4. All characteristics of goods are provided in the descriptions accompanying each product. The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or other parameters of goods differ from their actual appearance due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s display device.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase-sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including delivery costs, are refunded.

10. Return of Goods
10.1. Quality goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in non-quality goods are remedied, and non-quality goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
10.2.1. The returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging (this does not apply to defective goods);
10.2.2. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The goods must be unused and retain their commercial appearance: intact labels, protective films, etc. (not applicable for defective goods);
10.2.4. The goods must be returned in full set as received (not applicable for defective goods);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse returned goods if the return conditions were not met;
10.2.6. Goods must be returned following the method specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt (not applicable to defective goods, which are returned within the statutory warranty period).
10.3. The return and exchange of quality goods is carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code.
10.4. Money for goods accepted by the Buyer but later returned is refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than 5 (five) days from the date the goods are returned to the Seller, unless the Buyer and Seller agree otherwise.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and any legal relations arising between the Parties in connection with them are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be settled through negotiations. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.4. The Parties are released from fulfilling their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force Majeure).
