– Lithuania: via Omniva or DPD parcel terminals.
– Other EU countries: international delivery available — timelines vary by destination.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order and must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
